Please read carefully
– All of our decorations with helium or floating balloons last about 9-10 hours. We do not guarantee a longer time because it depends on the weather and conditions of the place.
– Outside decorations need special bases so and have an extra charge. Please be advised that if you do not specify this detail your decoration may fly away.
– We are not responsible for any weather changes, sun or rain and the damage that it may cause to the decoration.
– Once decorations are delivered they are your responsibility to keep them in a safe place.
– There is an additional charge for delivery/pick-up before 9 am and after 6 pm
– Rush fee is applied to next-day orders.
– All of our deliveries are performed during the morning or the afternoon. If you desire a specific time please make sure you let us know.
– All photos are for reference purposes only. Balloon arrangements may vary depending on our inventory existence.
– No exceptions: all orders for the weekend must be place before Thursday at 12 pm. If you place an order after 12 pm you may risk your decoration to not be done on the day you desire.
– Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event, will result in a credit. Postponements up to 48 hours prior to event, will result in the total amount paid being applied as a credit for the postponed date. Cancellations or postponements within 48 hours of event will result in forfeiture of any funds paid to Miami Balloon Decor.
